Description

Gather metrics and support analysis and publishing of data.
There may also be other projects and initiatives within the team that may require support.
Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:
HIRING
- Interview potential seasonal candidates and complete hiring process for all Concessions Game Day staff
TRAINING
- Administer training program for all Concessions and Hospitality Staff including but not limited to production, inventories, cleanliness, alcohol awareness and POS training.
SUPERVISION
- Supervise approximately 150 employees during games and/or other events and assist in all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation during games/events using established operating procedures.
SCHEDULING / STAFFING
- Oversee all communications with game day staff, Track employee attendance (day off requests, call outs, etc.), Assure proper staffing levels of different areas of the Food and Beverage department for game day operations and/or special events.
FILES
- Responsible for upkeep of employee files including but limited to contact information, direct deposit accounts, certifications, and employee work limitations.
PAYROLL
- Track employee hours, shift pay, commission, and tips. Complete Food and Beverage daily labor reports. Review and submit finalized payroll reports to the Finance Department within appropriate time guidelines.
INVENTORIES
- Create Purchase Orders for shipping and receiving (warehouse department), invoice data entry, product transfer tracking, as well as create, print, and review daily stand sheet variances.
Any other duties as assigned.

Specialize in the accurate gross description and dissection of surgical specimens
Diagram pertinent gross specimens as necessary
Prepare sections of human tissue for pathologist diagnostic study

Perform equipment maintenance as needed
Record equipment log data in an accurate and timely manner
Comply with applicable safety procedures and protocol
Effectively communicate with histology team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or a non-traditional Bachelor's degree that meets local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements
Previous clinical laboratory testing experience is not required
Prior experience performing histology grossing duties is preferred
Additional experience performing histology tasks is a plus
ASCP or AMT certification is preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus
High level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
