Purpose
This is an entry-level position that will provide support for the Desktop Support Specialists by keeping track of computer inventory, imaging new systems, surplusing old computers, and deploying computers across campus.
Responsibilities
Provide support for imaging computers by ensuring the latest image is available. Coordinate with the Fleet Team when needed to update the OS or third-party software. Follow checklists and ensure each computer is prepared for deployment.
Receive deliveries, ensure assets are tagged properly and in accordance with UT Policy, open computer boxes to remove contents, label and coordinate delivery to the client, track inventory of assets, and maintain the asset database.
Lift or carry equipment to multiple locations on campus when needed.
Provide supplemental project support when or if we need to install any packages to thwart a cyber attack.
Required Qualifications
Must have at least 6 months' work experience in IT customer service and/or help desk environment, and in installing and supporting hardware, software, and networked systems in a multi-protocol environment.
Ability to work in a team environment and on your own.
Ability to coordinate or manage projects.
Ability to prioritize workload based on the criticality of the request.
Ability to handle stressful situations and keep your composure and professionalism.

Create Better Health (SNAP-Ed) provides three main services:
Virtual and in person direct nutrition education teaching basic nutrition, culinary skills, and physical activity
Policy, System, and Environment (PSE) projects focusing on collaborating closely with community partners to improve access to healthy food and safe physical activity opportunities.
Social Marketing initiatives to teach healthy concepts through social media, community wellness challenges, social marketing campaigns, etc.
Create Better Health provides services to both youth and adults in both online and face-to-face settings, focused on meeting the current needs of the community and contingent upon current conditions of federal, state, and local requirements.
In addition to serving the community, the Create Better Health workforce is set up as a dynamic professional development system. Conduct face-to-face classes aimed at low-income individuals and families.

Job Overview
The Sales Training Position is designed to teach the employee most functions of doing business in the Electrical Wholesale Industry. Candidates should expect to begin working in the warehouse, learning processes, products, and receiving inventory accurately. It is expected that the employee will also be responsible for representing the company to customers while making deliveries early in the training process. Other phases of training include counter sales, inside sales, and account management. By the end of the training, it is anticipated that the employee will become an asset to the team and will manage multiple accounts.
This training will take 2-3 years to complete. We are looking for an individual who wants to win, is teachable, and can interact with others well.
