General Summary:
We are currently pursuing creative and energetic students who can bring fresh perspectives to The Campbell Company's existing projects and processes. After a series of interviews, the 2026 cohort will be selected. Then, starting in July 2026 and running through September 2026, the majority of your learning experience is delivered in Crum & Forster's state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey (only a one-hour ride to New York City). You will learn from insurance leaders while rotating through the various business segments and departments of Crum & Forster. Depending upon available space and opportunities, the program may also include brief learning rotations in other offices around the country (housing and flights included).

Position Overview: The Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Trainee is a hands-on position which performs a wide range of functions to support the day-to-day throughput of the radiography department. NDT Trainees are held to the company's highest standard of ethics, professionalism, and dependability. We currently perform Fluorescent Penetrant, Magnetic Particle and X-ray inspections.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Perform tasks under the direction of certified Level II inspectors, while gaining experience and acquiring knowledge of customer specifications and inspection requirements.
· Unpack parts, document the as-received condition, and prepare orders for inspection using established techniques.
· Perform final visual inspection, prepare, and package parts in accordance with customer requirements upon the completion of processing.

· Complete applicable paperwork for orders in-process, and track labor time using MIL's internal software.
· Provide cross functional support to other departments within the NDT group as needed.

Electronic Components: Will be responsible for designing and testing various electronic control modules as well as various electronic components. Will work with various internal Caterpillar clients to understand controller/component requirements, help design Printed Circuit Board layouts as well as perform digital/analog/power circuit analysis and testing. Other duties may include working with suppliers, testing the controllers/components in various environments, ensuring that FMEA's [Failure Mode and Effects Analysis] are conducted and documented to meet stringent Caterpillar quality requirements.
Embedded Software Development: Develop embedded software in C, C# and/or C++ for various electronic control modules. Some examples of embedded software development applications include Datalink communications, Inputs and Outputs [Sensors and actuators], speed calculation, injection/spark timing, memory management, CPU optimization, multi core design and implementation etc. In addition, some areas of work include developing scripts in Python/Visual Basic for automation.
Software Validation/Verification for Electronic Systems: Verify functionality of a feature or control system algorithm on a HIL [Hardware in the Loop] simulator bench or a SIL [Software in the loop] system. Understand requirements of the feature and/or the schematics of the controller / control system, verify functionality and debug/report anomalies to the development team and help validate fixes.
Engineering Data Analytics: Leverage ability to write and understand computer code, especially Python; apply knowledge of data analytics/data science, machine learning concepts/tools, and engineering and statistics fundamentals.
Process Engineering: Apply mechanical, manufacturing, systems and/or industrial engineering knowledge to analyze and optimize an engineering process. Will have the opportunity to leverage problem-solving and communication skills.

Join Our Team as a Health and Safety Intern!
The Health, Safety, and Environmental Intern will report to the Assistant Manager- Global Health, Safety and Environmental Services and will work with all members of the Health/Safety/Environmental Department.
Projects and assignments are related to S&C's Safety and Environmental Sustainability goals. Sustainability projects include waste reduction and pollution prevention efforts towards a Landfill Free waste stream certification and a Carbon Neutral footprint. Other projects may include Outreach, Auditing, Ergonomics and Industrial Hygiene assignments related to our Health and Safety programs, including OSHA compliance.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Collect and analyze environmental data.
• Report generation and graphical information presentation.
• Monitor processes (e.g. basic industrial hygiene activities)
• Research on pollution prevention (e.g. reuse, recycling and reduction initiatives).
• Participate in team problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Observe behavioral based safety.
• Involved in Personal Protective Equipment program selection, recycling, and auditing.
• Involved in ergonomic training and assessments
• Interact with production Team Members, Leadership, Product and Process Engineers, Facilities Maintenance and
Engineering
To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:
• Must be a student in good standing at an accredited institute pursuing a BS in Environmental Engineering or Industrial
Engineering (related disciplines will be considered).
• Ability to think analytically, independently, and outside of the box to provide fresh ideas to improve processes .
• Ability to work with people in a production/plant environment
• Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and PC Skills.
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene, policy, and occupational safety is preferred.

The Intern, Community Mental Health collaborates with Program Directors, Team Leaders, and Community Support Specialists to provide direct service to members. This includes but is not limited to group counseling/therapy, individual counseling/therapy, case management, teaching, assessment, assertive community treatment, job support, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and psycho-social rehabilitation services.
(This internship is designed to be completed for credit as part of a degree program. This is not a paid internship.)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend New Staff Orientation prior to starting the internship.
Provides direct service to members, as indicated by the service plan, while supervised by an appropriate, designated staff person. Consistent with the intern's level of experience and training, this potentially includes but is not limited to individual counseling/therapy, case management, teaching, assessment, assertive community treatment, job support, managing medications, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group counseling/therapy. This may be done in the community or on site at a Thresholds location, but the majority of services will be provided in the community unless otherwise specified by a supervisor.
Completion of all assigned paperwork in a timely fashion, such as individual and group documentation, attendance reports, service plans and evaluations as assigned by the supervisor.
Provide accurate and timely information to the supervisor on all topics and issues important to the rehabilitation and well-being of Thresholds members.
Attend staff and team meetings as assigned by a supervisor.
Maintain a professional demeanor with members, colleagues, and collateral contacts consistent with agency ethics and code of conduct guidelines.
EDUCATION
Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a major in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Counseling, Family Therapy, or other related human service programs.

EXPERIENCE
Social service experience and/or experience working with individuals with mental illness preferred.
Ability to synthesize and summarize information and make judgments regarding member care.

Computer skills required; knowledge of database functions and maintenance necessary.
