Summary:
The Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) Trainee is responsible for completing an intensive rotational training and development program that provides employees with a fast-tracked opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of business within the Electrical Distribution industry. This is accomplished through a series of diverse assignments, projects, and classroom training. Successful program completion could lead to placement in a commercial role which opens doors to several career paths, including sales, project management, operations, procurement, marketing, and more.
What You'll Do:
All rotations are a value-add to help us transform and grow our business and professionally develop you. Participants will complete various rotations in the following disciplines:
* Warehouse/Logistics - Spend time learning the logistics of the warehouse. This can include filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material
* Sales - Complete several sales rotations focused on inside sales, outside sales, counter sales & other specialty sales as determined by region's business. These sales rotations will encompass customer service skills, product knowledge, sales skills, and savviness with digital tools
* Operations - Identify levers that impact profitability, understand safety & facility maintenance protocols, use tools/data available to make sound business decisions, understand the trade working capital and customer service effects of maintaining a healthy inventory
* Project Management - Gain hands on project management experience by establishing and owning the relationship with the customer, sales, and vendors, placing orders, tracking shipments, billing the customer, and maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project. Learn how to review bid packages and formulate project quotations
* Energy Solutions - This rotation is focused on quoting lighting project (both retrofitted and new construction), performing lighting audits geared towards providing a cost savings solution to the customer, designing lighting layouts, prospecting electric vehicle (EV) & datacom opportunities, and consulting as an overall energy expert in the field
* Gain knowledge on the Automation business through a series of shadowing opportunities and prospecting opportunities to sell automation services packages to customers
* Other duties as assigned

In addition, conversion to an Accountant is contingent on meeting the basic education requirement. There are two ways to meet this basic requirement. Completion or expected completion of all requirements for a bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university; or a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting. The 24 hours may include up to 6 semester hours of credit in business law. OR A combination of education and experience: at least 4 years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of accounting experience, college-level education, and training that provided professional accounting knowledge AND 24 semester hours in accounting courses, which may include up to 6 semester hours of business law, OR a certificate as a Certified Public Accountant.

The Polysomnography Technologist Trainee is in training to provide for the acquisition of diagnostic data involving sleep disorders testing on both inpatients and outpatients ages child through adult. This role performs various operational functions associated with the Sleep Disorders Laboratory. The expectation is to sit for the exam within two years.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry.
Performs polysomnographic testing on inpatients and outpatients from children through adults to include medical and related patient questionnaires, application of physiologic sensors/electrodes, data acquisition, instrumentation setup and troubleshooting, application of oxygen and/or airway pressure devices.
Provides assistance and comments regarding data acquisition, patient status, to the interpreting physician and polysomnographic technician(s) as necessary.
Inspects, calibrates, and maintains all equipment associated with polysomnographic testing.
Participates in continuing quality improvement within the Sleep Center. Maintains patient files and medical records.
Maintains statistical data on utilization, appropriateness, and patient and/or equipment variances.
Maintains all DNV, ASDA, NFPA, ATS, OSHA, and departmental standards and guidelines.
Submits to the manager of Respiratory Care all Accident/Injury/Incident reports associated with the Sleep Center. Makes recommendations for corrective action as indicated.
Cleans all reusable equipment and arranges for appropriate sterilization.
Arranges for the appropriate disposal of all nonreusable supplies per policy.
Maintains bedrooms in a clean and orderly fashion.
Maintains the control room in a clean and orderly fashion.
Maintains required licenses, certifications, and competencies, and completes annual compliance courses on time.
Other duties as consistent with this role.

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVES
The Behavioral Health Home (BHH) Care Coordinator Internship at Alternative Wellness Services (AWS) provides students and emerging professionals with hands-on experience in behavioral health case management. Interns will receive training, supervision, and mentorship while assisting individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness.
Under guidance from AWS professionals, interns will support clients through resource navigation, crisis intervention, and advocacy, ensuring access to essential health, social, and community services. This role emphasizes skill development in communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Interns will engage directly with clients to observe and assist with needs assessments, individualized treatment planning, and care coordination. The internship provides exposure to a multidisciplinary team, community resources, and trauma-informed care practices.
This internship is strictly educational and designed to complement an academic program with practical experience. It is unpaid, temporary, and does not guarantee a paid position upon completion.
PRIMARY LEARNING OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Client Work:
Shadow and assist in carrying a small caseload of individuals receiving BHH services.
Observe and participate in psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
Support the development of individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and evidence-based interventions.
Assist with supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination under the guidance of licensed professionals.
Learn to advocate for clients and connect them with appropriate services to meet their health, housing, employment, and social support needs.
Practice goal setting and community resource referrals in collaboration with clients and supervisors.
Clinical Documentation and Assessment:
Assist with timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency standards.
Gain exposure to Medicaid, state regulations, and quality assurance measures.
Participate in case reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance monitoring as a learning opportunity.
Professional Development and Supervision:
Attend and participate in weekly individual supervision and biweekly group supervision sessions.
Engage in ongoing training in case management, crisis intervention, and behavioral health best practices.
Attend staff meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to observe team-based care in practice.
Set internship learning goals focused on clinical decision-making, cultural competency, and ethical practice.
Resource Navigation and Community Engagement:
Learn how to identify and access local, state, and federal resources for client referrals.
Develop advocacy skills to assist clients with housing, healthcare, employment, and social services.
Support clients in achieving independence through goal-setting and community integration
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Requirement: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
Background Check Requirement: Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, Child Protective Services (CPS) check, and verification against state and federal suspension and debarment lists.
Certifications: Current or provisional MHRT/C certification is required to engage in direct client work. Interns without certification may shadow client interactions under supervision.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in case management, behavioral health, or social services is preferred but not required. This internship is designed as a learning opportunity.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong advocacy skills and familiarity with community resources (housing, healthcare, social services).
Exposure to or coursework in clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes).
Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries and applying trauma-informed care principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and
Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems are preferred.
Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and telehealth-based) to engage with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
Willingness to learn and support crisis management efforts, including suicide risk assessment and intervention, under supervision.

The Role: Make an Impact
The EHS Intern will support the implementation of Londonderry's environmental management system. The role includes developing a tool for tracking the facility's environmental objectives and assisting in preparing the site for Lactalis' internal ISO 14001 audit. Additionally, the EHS Intern will collaborate with the plant's operational supervisors and department managers to align duties with the company's goals and values. This role will report to the EHS Manager.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Support implementation of environmental management system (ISO 14001).
Create a tracking tool for the facility's environmental objectives.
Establish a continuous improvement process for environmental practices across all departments (e.g., production, maintenance).
Organize and set up an environmental document control system.
Ensure related facility documentation is accurate and up to date.
Assist in facilitating emergency exercises related to the plant's major environmental assets.
Support environmental change management in all departments.
WORK CONDITIONS
Flexibility with hours may be necessary depending on the project needs. However, the target is a 40-hour week.
