The Emerging Threats Analyst II supports Walmart Marketplace's Emerging Threats program by identifying, analyzing, and helping mitigate new and evolving seller risks across onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing seller lifecycle monitoring. You will partner closely with the Director of Emerging Threats to surface early risk signals, investigate patterns, and translate insights into scalable detection and enforcement strategies.

* Detect emerging seller threats by monitoring onboarding and lifecycle signals to identify new fraud vectors and abuse trends (e.g., identity risk, behavioral anomalies, misrepresentation, coordinated networks, counterfeit risk, prohibited/restricted goods).
* Conduct investigations and deep-dive analyses to determine root cause, scope, and impact of suspicious activity; document findings and support escalations as needed.

* Partner with Data Science and Engineering to translate threat patterns into detection logic
