Exciting opportunity to join the A Place for Mom team as an outside sales Healthcare AccountExecutive. You will be the face of A Place for Mom with the hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your territory and the families being discharged from the facilities as we grow the business. You are responsible for driving lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts. You are hungry, excited to build relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding the most effective approaches to grow each account in order to help more families find the care they need.
What You Will Do:
* Work in a fast-paced, growing industry to help families and professional referral sources with seniors urgently needing to be discharged into a community meeting their needs or with a home care agency as they transition out of a hospital or skilled nursing facility
* Deliver on your target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month by generating daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts
* Currently maintains a portfolio of clients (social worker, case managers, and discharger planners) specifically in hospitals and skilled nursing centers within this open territory
* Develop, own, and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume in your territory
* Cultivate new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, following up with each referral source on discharge outcomes to reinforce the value A Place for Mom delivers
* Educate families on their care options and how they will work with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the right senior living option as they are discharged
* Work with your partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to deliver on your target quota of families in moving into a community or hiring in home care
* Leverage and analyze reports in our CRM and internal structure to develop and manage your pipeline
* Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) in your territory and provide feedback to improve the tools and resources at your disposal
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities
* Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
* Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to do so
* Must be relationship driven with a strategic mindset
* Successfully demonstrated experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections
* Thrives in a fast-paced, change infused, independent environment with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, test new processes, and get the job done
* Hungry to learn and improve with a strong competitive approach

The purpose of the Fire Life Safety Sales Executive position is to prospect and develop new customers. Customer development to include upselling and multi-line development of services, providing and negotiating pricing for inspection contracts. ISRs will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Service Manager and Service Operations Staff to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is a key part of our Service Department Team.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Pro-actively engage in making sales calls to new prospective customers to build the Inspection and Service business by adding new customers to existing portfolio. Examples include “door to door” cold calling, completing call blocks, creating vertical target list for territory assigned, and creating a sales plan to achieve assigned sales goals.
Pro-actively engage in making sales calls to current customers to build the Inspection and Service business by expanding our service offering to existing customers (upsell).
Remain informed of all conversion opportunities by turning construction installation customers into service customers.
Create and maintain a sufficient pipeline of activity that will ensure meeting sales plan/goals assigned by fully understanding that success is a byproduct of generating activity, which leads to sales.
Manage responsibly all sales activity within assigned salesforce account, or other sales tracking system, by recording both customer and prospect information with sufficient detail while also monitoring days that a proposal remains outstanding.
Follow up on all pending proposals in a timely manner to explain scope, answer questions, and convey the importance of the proposal with the intended goal to accelerate the award of the sale or further advance the opportunity through the sales cycle.
Understand company pricing approach to inspection sales using excel or company provided estimating tools. A full understanding and knowledge of contractual terms and conditions of ITM agreement important.
Represent the organization at industry meetings such as Building Owners Management Association (BOMA), customer visits, and customer entertainment which may occur outside normal business hours.
Remain abreast of potential market opportunities through sales calls, networking and other market related information including changes and/or updates to local fire code requirements.
Assist Service Manager and service department with potential re-signs of existing customers whenever necessary.
Continue to advance industry technical knowledge through internal training, ride along with field personnel and reviewing technical material.
Expected to work directly with the Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Service Manager to assess customer relationships and profitability.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Training, Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Associate's or Bachelor's in Business or related, preferred.
Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:
3-5 years sales or fire protection industry experience, required.
2 years reading electronic blueprints, and experience with SalesForce, preferred.
2 years operating a computer, Microsoft Office, required.
Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees, customers and board or directors.
Other Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. Reliable transportation, required.
Must be able to comply with SFS's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement

POSITION SUMMARY
The U.S.-based AccountExecutive is responsible for supporting sales engagements for various industries, including Retail, Consumer Brands, and Health and Wellness. We need an AccountExecutive who can be self-motivated and self-sufficient.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell Digital Wave's state-of the-art ONEPlatform with native AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI. Lead generation is a key part of this role, as well as developing new selling strategies and best practices to address an ever-changing landscape. You will be collaborating with our strong marketing, product management, and presales support teams, who will assist you in your sales efforts. You will attend major trade shows and industry events annually and will be required to help our company develop innovative ideas to gain market share.
Primary Responsibilities
