During the training, you will have opportunities to practice these skills through classroom activities, simulation exercises, and debriefs. Education &/or Experience:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
* Effectively assist participants in achieving housing stability.
* Ensure that participants receive the assistance needed to promote housing stability, including but not limited to: consulting with participants to conduct housing needs assessment, working with participants to locate & obtain stable housing, monitor initial transition to housing & ensuring that participants obtain needed supportive services to maintain housing.
* Establish & document participant housing requirements. Determine the participant's household barriers that may limit the housing options available to the household. You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those that are looking for a personalized work schedule.
