What the day will look like
Timely processing of payroll deductions on a per pay period basis for assigned accounts. Track accounts that are late sending in their employees' deductions on a timely basis as needed. Discuss with Premium Administration Manager before sending a late letter to an account. Build effective working relationships with accounts. Follow up on new accounts to insure first deductions reports are received and review methods of working together that suits the clients and to make sure that deductions start as scheduled.
Research and take corrective action on all items appearing on the Deduction Exception (Adjustment) reports by obtaining status from the accounts. Use available insurance carrier resources to research status, paid to dates, premiums waived. Reconciliation and payment of premium to insurance carriers making sure that the bills are paid within delivery timelines where our goal is to pay carrier bills within 30 days of due date. All insufficient policies will be documented with dates missed and action taken before updating the bill. Complete crucial follow up with the New Business Dept to ensure issuance of policies as it affects our ability to pay the first premium accurately. Regular follow up with the carrier to resolve why the policy is not on the bill and to stop deductions.
Handle cancellations, policy changes, recalculations and rate increases by processing them in the system and using the Pending File Maintenance system to track account activities
Handle incoming calls from employees, accounts and carriers professionally. Document all calls, and action taken in policy and/or client notes. Respond to voice mail and e-mail messages within 24 hours of receipt and update all demographic information.
Review weekly refund report to ensure accuracy of items being refunded. Write up refunds for overpayments, policy changes and cancelled policies where employees have requested deductions on hand. Type up appropriate letter to employee explaining refund by policy and reason for refund.
Handle carrier reimbursement checks received from insurance carriers.

Available to work all home games at Polar Park during the 2026 season (March-September) as well as team unpacks. This includes both night and day games, weekends and some holidays.

Our Coating Assistant supports Mativ's Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions Function. This individual will perform the operations required to set up and operate the coating machines by applying specific adhesive to a variety of release liners and substrates. Operators in this classification are responsible for the full set-up and operation of the coating machines, inclusive of both the wet and dry ends of the machine and must maintain a clean room appearance at all times. The shift schedule is 6p-6a.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Utilizing specified materials, cleans coating machine, as directed, for process preparation and to ensure the product quality to specification.
* Prepares raw materials (adhesive, solvents, additives, and liners) for use in the coating process at the assigned machine. Is properly trained in the use of various material handling equipment (lift trucks, hoists, platform trucks, etc.) as needed to properly move and position these materials for the product to be processed. Uses safe lifting practices. Heavy lifting/movements are involved.
* Confirms the job work order and product process sheets comply with the material set-up to be processed at the machine. Must enter data information into the computer system and ensure inventory accuracy for each job.
* Operators in this classification must be capable of the complete set-up and operation of the wet or dry end, as well as all other coater related machine functions.
* Must assist the coating team in the functioning of the machine to ensure maximum quality, safety, and efficiency. This includes changeovers, cleaning, and simple maintenance.
* Ensure that material for subsequent jobs is prepared at the machine.
* Requires the safe lifting and positioning of pumps into a drum of adhesive (pump weighs 32 lbs.).
* Ensure smooth transition during shift change by communicating the activities during the shift. Requires you to be at the machine ten minutes before the start of shift.
* Alerts shift supervisor to any quality issues or machine malfunction.
* Responsible for cell housekeeping and assists with general department housekeeping, as required. Organizes the workstation to maximize efficiency.
* Promotes teamwork. Organizes the workstation to maximize efficiency and safety.
* Completes all necessary adjustments and fine tunes equipment to achieve.
* Displays attributes in line with Mativ's North Star and Company Values.
* Ensures that all aspects of the operation are performed in accordance with ISO Procedures.
* Participation in continuous improvement programs to enhance manufacturing processes.

Notice of Vacancy Integration Assistant TANTASQUA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL School Year: 2025-2026 Salary Range: $18.83 - $21.48 per hour Reports to: Special Education Teacher, and the classroom teacher for daily consultation and, through those teachers, to the building principal.
Responsibilities:
Provides assistance to assigned students while working in and out of a variety of classrooms
Essential Functions:
* works primarily with students with IEPs
* maintains high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about students and their records
* works directly with individual students requiring special instructional/behavioral/social help
* implements teacher/specialist developed lessons, behavior plans without direct supervision
* maintains contact with teacher(s) to monitor progress
* provides information to be included in the preparation of progress reports
* provides escort and assistance to assigned student(s) as necessary throughout the building and school day
* facilitates participation of assigned student(s) in classroom activities and peer interactions
* carries out personal health and safety protocols, including diaper changing as necessary, with appropriate training
* prepares alternative materials as requested by the teacher/specialist
* collects data as directed by teacher and/or therapists
* compiles reports of daily accomplishments and/or behaviors for regular meetings with regular and special educators to review students' progress.
* participates in in-service training programs and/or workshops as assigned
* performs other duties as assigned
Ability to:
* work with children of varying abilities, including children with substantial disabilities
* communicate effectively with students, teachers, and administration
* modify student work to match students' level of understanding and development
* maintain cooperative and productive working relationship when dealing with students and staff
* solve practical problems with students and staff
* understand and carry out oral and written directions
* plan and organize work to meet deadlines
* provide information and assistance to parents, the general public and other staff members in a helpful, courteous and timely manner
Knowledge of:
* child development and challenges faced by students with learning or substantial disabilities
* curriculum expectations of grade level to which he/she is assigned
* effective use of computer and relevant educational software applications
* available assistive technologies, with appropriate training
* interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
Qualifications/Education:
* evidence of ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
* post-secondary training and/or Associate's Degree preferred
* experience in working within an educational setting preferred
* five or more years' experience working with children with disabilities preferred
* Approved CORI and Fingerprinting results

Transaction Reporting: Ensure timely closure of and reporting of transactions and maintain accurate records to be sent to the bookkeeping department.
