The VMCVM is dedicated to producing veterinary graduates with day-one knowledge, skills, and abilities capable of impacting the profession immediately. The candidate will be expected to contribute to didactic and laboratory instruction of core, track, and elective DVM courses. The successful candidate will join the current faculty supporting ACVCP residency, toxicology/pharmacology-related PhD/MS graduate-level training, and mentoring DVM students. Depending on the candidate's expertise, service roles may include clinical consultation responsibilities related to toxicants, drug-resistant infections, drug-drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, and drug overdoses.
