A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST As an Administrative Specialist, you spend your day providing administrative support and assistance to the assigned department and, in some cases, other personnel. Your work typically is responsible for compiling and tabulating data, checking documents for accuracy, transporting documents, and maintaining files.
