(NASDAQ: HGSI)) and Peprotech, Inc. Mr. Rodriguez has also negotiated and consummated numerous in-licensing and out-licensing agreements with major pharmaceutical companies as well as smaller biotech companies and universities, including multi-national agreements with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and Bristol-Myers Squibb in the oncology field. Mr. Rodriguez has held technical positions at Johnson & Johnson, the Lindsey F. Kimball Research Institute of the New York Blood Center, and the Department of Pharmacological Sciences at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and the Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Mr. Rodriguez received his MBA in Technological Entrepreneurship from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and is a Certified Medical Laboratory Technician. He is also a member of the Licensing Executive Society and has received certification from the Harvard/MIT Program on Negotiation.
