This is a Full-Time position Pay rate: $24-$26/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm (+1 weekend a month) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will support all training activities with this department to ensure consistency throughout the community. Will perform all duties in a safe operating manner while wearing all required safety equipment. Will remain current with irrigation techniques and how it applies to personal safety, environmental safety, cost of materials, proper application practices and care of pump stations. Will operate irrigation controllers. Will perform Irrigation controller repairs. Will program the irrigation computer. Will order and maintain all parts inventory. Will track wire and make repairs. Will hand water new plantings and perform wet checks. Will adjust and repair irrigation system as needed. Will perform other duties as required. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exhibit professionalism and leadership qualities through own self-actions. Must be compliant with and actively support a drug free workplace. Comply with all rules and regulations as stated whether verbal or written. Will energetically support all training activities with this department to ensure consistency throughout grounds operation.
