RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical and specific shrub trimming based on plant type and time of year Edge and trim beds, prune trees and shrubs, weed, spread mulch and pine straw Small-scale plant and annuals installation Some routine lawn maintenance: Mow grass, water lawns and flower beds, blow leaves and brush, aerate and seed Operate large machinery: trucks and trailers, ride-on and walk-behind mowers, etc. Operate handheld equipment: blowers, weed eaters, aerators/seeders, etc. Work closely with a team to produce a superior product that enhances our customers' lifestyle Routinely interact with clients and crew members in a professional manner Create a positive work environment for fellow team members RESPONSIBILITIES: MUST have a valid driver's license with no major MVR infractions Bilingual (Spanish and English) strongly preferred Strong understanding of how and when to prune and trim shrubs Detail-oriented mindset and keen eye Previous professional lawn maintenance experience with focus on enhancement Landscape lighting and/or irrigation experience is a plus Ability to operate equipment proficiently and safely Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions, both hot and cold Physical capability to lift greater than 50 lbs For Garden's Sake is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
