Qualifications: * 5+ years experience as a Crew Leader in residential tree care * Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment * Experience as an aerial lift operator and climber. * Proven ability to safely operate and maintain tree care equipment (e.g., chainsaws, stump grinders, chippers, aerial lifts). * Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and proper pruning techniques. * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.). * Capability to work in various outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain). * Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
