The most obvious duty is food preparation. The position must be able to prepare food according to Enerbase procedure guidelines while maintain a high-quality finished product.

Managing food inventory is expected by storing, organizing and retrieving food as necessary.

Employees must be Safe Serve certified or willing to obtain the certification and will be paid for the training. Food Service workers are expected to follow all regulatory procedures.
