Become the Receptionist you always wanted to be * Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate area or individual. * Greet all visitors; assist them in signing in and wearing badge. * Enter and scan deposits, charges, and adjustments as directed. * Run and distribute census reports each morning and at end of day. * Assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes. * Scan all correspondence and any miscellaneous items. * Check all therapy charges and attach census to back of each therapist's batch. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred. * Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry is preferred. * Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred. * Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions. * Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights) as required.
