Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Under limited supervision, manage the execution of assigned digital marketing and consumer engagement solution contracts with existing agency and media platform partners. * Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client organization (related to the managed contracts), supporting new business pitches, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. * Work with Sr. Engagement Manager(s) to support the execution of digital marketing and consumer engagement solution contracts with existing agency and media platform partners. * Act as key interface between external clients, internal product teams, and business development. * Liaison directly with internal product teams to ensure client business requirements for new products can be technically supported by our solution set. * Support internal contract management activities including CRM system tasks, revenue monitoring and budget support. * Ensure consistent product performance and deliverables that are in line with client business strategy.Identify opportunities for Urban Science to expand existing client relationships.
