Role Summary The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will facilitate large scale training and learning programs both virtual and in-person across offices, job sites and other company locations nationwide. The position requires regular travel, up to three weeks per month, to lead in-person facilitation, support on-site engagement, and collaborate with Operational Trainers.
