* Drives change and innovation through "best practices" for humanresources program delivery and evaluates outcomes relative to service initiatives, leadership development, and operational goal alignment.

Consults regularly with Corporate CHRO on legal matters and/or regulatory issues.
* Assesses leadership development and/or training needs working with Corporate Continuing Education and Organizational Development (CEOD) team to deploy appropriate programs and/or resources to meet orientation, training and/or educational needs within clinical and/or business settings. Facilitates and/or conducts training efforts as needed.
* Works with Corporate CHRO and other key stakeholders to analyze a variety of HR data to include turnover, vacancy rates, recruitment/retention information, productivity metrics, performance data, patient satisfaction results, and/or other employee relations statistics. Utilizes data sources to identify areas of opportunities, discover trends, and drill into contributing factors to drive or validate business decisions.
* Consults with and works in collaboration with System Employee Health Services to ensure legal compliance on employee health related issues to include, but not limited to, work related illnesses/injuries, fitness for duty matters, FMLA and/or other legally mandated leaves of absences.
Specifications
Experience: Minimum Required 7 years of progressive, outcome-oriented HumanResources experience with 3 years in a leadership role. Preferred/Desired: Experience working in both acute care and ambulatory/group practice settings strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Investigation of, response to, and documentation of employee complaints, including potential legal issues, EEOC charges, and focus groups.

Oversee employee relations and claims management activities throughout the designated area, assuring that investigations are handled and documented appropriate to negating a lawsuit.
Support the Regional HR Director and Legal team on sensitive investigations.
Assure compliance with programs are being appropriately administered regarding licensing, I-9s, leaves of absences, vacations, personnel file maintenance, status changes, performance evaluations, terminations, etc.
Develop, in conjunction with Branch Manager/ General Manager and HR Director, plans to reduce overtime and turnover
Assist in development of managers through training on labor law, ER processes, and skills. Help Managers write development programs for managers with performance issues.
Improve work environment and employee relations through effective customer service and various measures, including complaint investigation, grievance resolution, focus groups, etc., as appropriate to the situation and the Concern Resolution Policy.
Ensure that corporate policies are appropriately enforced and implemented.
Assure that appropriate information is communicated with and to the Managers and the Regional HR Director.
Travel regularly throughout designated area to interact with and gain confidence of district support and operations personnel, and to investigate particularly serious allegations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess one of the following:
Bachelor's Degree in HumanResources or Business Administration
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years of administrative, humanresources, employee onboarding, and/or employee relations experience
Current driver's license if driving a company-owned vehicle or personal vehicle in the course of business
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, humanresources, employee onboarding, and/or employee relations experience
Understanding of multi-state employment law requirements
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

• Assesses leadership development and/or training needs working with Corporate Continuing Education and Organizational Development (CEOD) team to deploy appropriate programs and/or resources to meet orientation, training and/or educational needs within clinical and/or business settings. Facilitates and/or conducts training efforts as needed.
• Works with Corporate CHRO and other key stakeholders to analyze a variety of HR data to include turnover, vacancy rates, recruitment/retention information, productivity metrics, performance data, patient satisfaction results, and/or other employee relations statistics. Utilizes data sources to identify areas of opportunities, discover trends, and drill into contributing factors to drive or validate business decisions.
• Consults with and works in collaboration with System Employee Health Services to ensure legal compliance on employee health related issues to include, but not limited to, work related illnesses/injuries, fitness for duty matters, FMLA and/or other legally mandated leaves of absences.
Specifications
Experience: Minimum Required 7 years of progressive, outcome-oriented HumanResources experience with 3 years in a leadership role. Preferred/Desired: Experience working in both acute care and ambulatory/group practice settings strongly preferred.
Education: Minimum Required Undergraduate degree, preferably in an HR or business-related field Preferred/Desired: Master's degree in business or a related HR discipline.
