Job Summary The Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization's HR strategy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree or SPHR certification preferred). 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role with a general contractor or similar large construction company Strong knowledge of employment laws, OSHA, ERISA, Immigration, Title VII, FLSA, FLMA and HR best practices. Deep understanding of multi-region general contractor operations, including project delivery, jobsite staffing, subcontractor coordination, and safety-driven environments. Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $107,000 - $147,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
