Based on expected reimbursement, analyzes and adjusts the allowance accounts. * Presents constructive feedback regarding system or process failures and participates in resolution with work partners in a proactive and positive manner. * Selects, trains/orients and assigns department staff (either directly or through subordinate supervisor).
