SUMMARY The HR Generalist supports employees and managers across U.S. manufacturing sites and remote locations by delivering high-quality HR services that strengthen the overall employee experience. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Partner with hiring managers and recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers. Coordinate onboarding activities to provide a smooth and engaging new hire experience, including orientation and integration support. Support the employee lifecycle by administering talent management processes such as performance reviews, career development planning, and training initiatives.
