Expectations of the Role
§ Prospecting - A minimum of 400 calls per week. Agents must be effective on the phone and consistently prospect for new business.
§ Training - We incorporate group discussion, guest speakers, senior leadership presentations and interactive training to prepare agents for rewarding careers. At Summit RE we focus on daily habits and a process that leads to achieving our client's goals and the results take care of themselves.
§ Mentorship - Each Agent has a dedicated Senior Agent as well as access to Senior Executives to go to as needed
§ Resources- Our Agents have full access to a support team of transaction coordinators, marketing professionals, financial analysts, and research team. Costar, Crexi, and our internal system iClimb
§ Summit RE Technology - We use technology to manage the transaction and AI to drive business to our Agents.
A typical Week would require
§ Discipline to make 400 calls per week.
§ Time management skills to balance multiple tasks and schedules.
§ Travel as may be required to meet Clients and tour properties.
§ Manage listings and maintain our database of properties and investors
§ Assist and quarterback the sale through the entire deal cycle.
§ Market Analysis to uncover opportunities and track Real Estate market activity in your territory
§ Study the economy, trends, government relations, and population data that affect property valuation. We never stop learning.
§ Review lease documents, construction plans and surveys, legal documents, and third-party reports as they relate to culmination of a Sale.

The core of our success begins with our lead system. We are able to find ready to buy consumers. We currently have more leads than we have agents to go see them. We primary write simplified issued products. No blood, No urine, No paramed exam required. This also cuts down on the time it takes for the policies to get issued. The average time to issue is 2-4 business days. We get paid straight from the carrier same day as the policy is issued.

Job Description
The Personal Lines Producer role is a sales-first, onsite position designed for individuals who are competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable closing. This role is ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who enjoys talking to people, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale even if you are new to insurance.
You will work a mix of provided leads, existing clients, and self-generated opportunities, with strong demand from Spanish-speaking households. Your focus is to identify needs, present solutions, and close new business while building a long-term book with Allstate.
Responsibilities
Sell Auto, Home, and related personal lines products to new and existing clients
Conduct confident sales conversations in English and Spanish by phone, in person, and digitally
Work provided leads while actively self-generating business through referrals, community involvement, and relationships
Overcome objections, follow up consistently, and guide clients to confident buying decisions
Cross-sell and round accounts to increase household value, retention, and commissions
Quote, bind, and issue policies in compliance with underwriting and documentation standards
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and client records in the agency system
Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred comfortable selling in Spanish
Strong sales drive with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
Able to handle rejection, follow up persistently, and close deals
Willing to self-generate leads through referrals and community presence
Previous sales experience preferred (inside sales, retail, automotive, wireless, fitness, etc.)
Willingness to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty license (support provided)
Coachable, organized, and motivated by measurable results
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Job Description
The core of our success begins with our lead system. We are able to find ready to buy consumers. We currently have more leads than we have agents to go see them. This means our agents don't have to spend their time prospecting. No cold calling, no selling family, and friends, no networking meetings.
We primary write simplified issued products. No blood, No urine, No paramed exam required. This also cuts down on the time it takes for the policies to get issued. The average time to issue is 2-4 business days. We get paid straight from the carrier same day as the policy is issued.
Because our agents aren't spending their time prospecting we spend most of our time meeting with clients and focusing on income-generating activities.
Excellent average pay:
