Works with other departments to ensure the office is in excellent condition. Supports office by ordering supplies and maintaining the front desk and waiting room areas. Academic Training: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) - required Associate's degree - a plus Area: Administrative Management or other related field Position Requirements/Experience: 1+ years practical experience working in a similar position Experience in a patient-facing role - preferred Experience working in medical/healthcare industry 2+ years practical experience working in a customer service setting Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
