What you need:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director reporting to the Sr. Technical Director Engineering. The candidate collaborates and coordinates work with the other members of the Milwaukee project, but also the Technical & Performance Department, supporting the business needs of Veolia's Municipal Water Contract Operations Business Unit in the U.S. The person in this position will be required to provide leadership for the development, production, and delivery of technical and performance projects. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop objectives for assigned areas and ensures alignment with overall company strategies and objectives. Helps define and monitor Engineering policies and procedures for assigned area and synchronizes with project management and operations functions.

Assesses and evaluates Mechanical & Electrical systems and control systems and strategies for efficiency:
Pumps, blowers, UV, chemical feed systems etc. both optimizations.
