The system powers our member support system and member communications, new member onboarding process, and marketing and sales prospect funnel. You will partner with our Director of Revenue Operations in maintaining and improving upon the system for our users, members, and prospects, working collaboratively with leaders in marketing, sales, and operations to execute strategy and implement updates within the CRM. The team has a hybrid work model, working out of the corporate office (3611 N. Kedzie Ave) in Chicago, Illinois on Mondays, and Tuesdays.
