Relationship Management: Serve as the primary relationship owner for top-tier member accounts, focusing on expanding and deepening relationships with existing members and senior management.
Sales Strategy: Raise awareness and engagement among senior leadership, cultivate long-term relationships, and develop actionable insights informed by data.
Member Support: Provide account management, motivation, and support to assigned members. Act as a liaison between members and LIMRA AND LOMA, identifying sales opportunities and bringing in subject-matter experts as needed.
Event Management: Manage and lead study groups, committees, and conferences. Assist in recruiting members for committees and study groups, and in planning, promoting, and managing member events.
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in insurance or financial services, with an emphasis on annuities and retirement, and strong life insurance knowledge.
10+ years of experience in sales and/or relationship management/account management.
Bachelor's Degree or higher.

As the Business Development Consultant within J.P. Job Responsibilities

Required Licensing
