Support the Program Manager in coordinating RDT&E and ISEA program activities including meeting coordination, briefing development, weekly status reporting, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) coordination, and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) system oversight. Responsibilities
Attend weekly status meetings and provide back-up meeting attendance to report on ongoing tasking status; support program reviews at NSWC PCD, Program Office, or contractor facilities as required.
Prepare agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and trip reports for program reviews and meetings; provide rapid turnaround of draft meeting minutes and trip reports to support program execution and documentation requirements.

Provide Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) system oversight including access coordination, data entry support, and inventory management system updates; ensure contractor personnel maintain required NERP access and training.
Prepare input to ISEA program management documentation; draft presentation packages and coordinate program documentation requirements across multiple technical disciplines and support areas.
Track and coordinate material purchases; obtain required approvals from COR (purchases =$5,000) and Contracting Officer (purchases >$5,000) prior to procurement; maintain itemized purchase documentation with cost/price analysis.
Support Other Direct Cost (ODC) tracking and monitoring; coordinate with financial staff on cost expenditure monitoring and ensure accurate documentation of material purchases and program expenditures.
Prepare content for Contract Status Reports submitted on a monthly basis; coordinate input from technical leads and ensure timely submission of comprehensive program status information to Government.

* Set up and supervise administration of clinical competency exams;
