General Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day tasks necessary for ensuring the timely distribution of fixtures and supplies needed for POG resets and Company Initiatives through DC's, Fulfillment or Direct to Store. Responsibilities include follow up with merchants, vendors, and stores on distribution details and issues. Manage and maintain spreadsheets and provide accurate reports on project progression and completion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Create, Manage and Maintain spreadsheets and START Tasks to track fixture distribution
* Partner with vendors and DCs to ensure timely delivery and receipt of fixtures
* Create and manage store lists for distribution based on project criteria
* Enter POs in both IP and Coupa
* Partner with merchants to understand and clarify fixture criteria and needs for project
* Communicate project status and updates with management and buying teams on an on-going basis
* Special projects as assigned
