Support financial tracking, including invoicing, billing accuracy, and payment follow-ups. Process Improvement Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency. Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for swim team order management. Coordinate trunk stock to ensure immediate availability for customer distribution on-site or via FedEx/UPS. Keep accurate inventory records and conduct monthly audits to manage stock levels efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level commitments.
