Meeting preparation for leadership and executive team, e.g. creating background materials and pulling slide decks together.

Ensuring documents meet THI style standards by proofing materials that have been developed and by maintaining style standards so that they are easy for team members to find and follow.

Tracking and maintaining relationship management systems for both fundraising and THI's work to mobilize partners in support of our programmatic goals.

Is your team currently report? We do have an office in Westborough, MA. This person will be required to come into the office once a week and attend in-person staff meetings throughout the year.
