The Spear Group has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Capital ProjectManager to oversee pharma manufacturing warehouse space construction with a cold box/storage component. This Owner's side ProjectManager position, with warehouse space responsibility, is part of a pharma manufacturing campus major expansion /new construction / brownfield capital project. Key Responsibilities:
