POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Project Manager with Coalition Glass, you'll gain exposure to every phase of our work - from design and engineering to fabrication and field installation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Exposure and System Knowledge
Develop an understanding of Coalition's scope across design, engineering, mock-up, fabrication, assembly, and installation phases.
Learn the core materials used in our glazing and curtainwall systems (glass, aluminum, sealants, gaskets, metal panels, insulation, etc.) and how they perform.
Build foundational knowledge of curtainwall system components, structural considerations, and performance requirements.
Project Coordination and Documentation
Assist with post-sale design development, project set-up, schedule updates, and documentation management.
Support coordination of mock-ups, material procurement, sample submittals, and vendor communications.
Maintain logs, manage submittal tracking, and interface with general contractors and suppliers.
Field and Construction Support
Observe field installation, QA/QC processes, and safety walks with Superintendents and Quality Managers.

COMPENSATION

* Oversee the performance or provide guidance IAW Corrosion Control Assessment and Maintenance Manual (CCAMM) for the Maintenance System Work Package Planning (MSWP) (T-9630-ABMMD-010/all USN hulls) to Ship's Force with training, inspection and reporting of tanks, voids, plenums, bilges, catwalks, pump room decks, and Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) station decks. Perform or provide technical guidance in support of TYCOM Cableway Improvement Program (CIP) in accordance with NAVSEAINST 9304 series to Ship's Force with training, inspection, repair assistance and reporting.
* Develop updated training package to the TYCOM and to the RMCs. Provide formal on-board operator and maintenance training to Ship's Force.
* Develop Formal Work Packages (FWPs) and Controlled Work Packages (CWPs) in accordance with the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual.
* Manage personnel as required to support short-term and long-term contract efforts.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of seven years' experience in related engineering management field, or Associates Degree with fourteen (14) years' experience in related engineering management field.

* An active DoD security clearance is required.
