Clients need realestate agents to help them market and sell their home and guide them through the process of finding a home to purchase. In this position, you will advise clients on how to prepare their home for a quick and profitable sale as well as help them search for a new home to call their own. The realestate market is always evolving, and we need RealEstate Agents who thrive on using their creativity to close sales.
No experience is needed for this position, but the ideal RealEstate Agent candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that requires dynamic and creative solutions to help them stand out to potential clients. Clients know that they have myriad realestate agents from which to choose, and it's up to you to make yourself stand out as unique and essential to meeting their realestate needs. This position is best suited to a candidate who is self-motivated and enjoys working independently.
In realestate, compensation is directly tied to performance. The more transactions you complete as a RealEstate Agent, the more compensation you will earn. It's not uncommon for RealEstate Agents to earn over $100,000, but it can take a couple of years to get to that level. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

To earn a realestate license you will need to complete realestate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam. About the Position
Catalyst has an opening for a Commercial RealEstateAssociate in their Salt Lake City, Utah office. This position, which reports to one of our Vice Presidents, RealEstate, offers significant growth and advancement opportunities. The individual hired for this position will work directly in deal screening, underwriting, due diligence, execution and asset management of a portfolio of commercial realestate investments.
Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to the firm's acquisition and investment activities to source, analyze, diligence, underwrite, and close commercial realestate investments against the firm's social impact and financial return objectives.
Assist in the investment memo preparation and presentation to investment committee, including business plan development
Assist in the due diligence process and report findings to senior management
Asset management of the investment through execution and refinement of the business plan to achieve the investment goals
Develop strong relationships and effective lines of communication with colleagues and third parties (including investors, joint venture partners, lenders, attorneys, accountants, etc.)
Assist the senior leadership team with preparation and delivery of presentations, pitch decks, investment committee memoranda, etc.
Prepare Catalyst team -members and other stakeholders for key meetings including preparation of agenda items and meeting materials, capturing meeting minutes, driving actionable follow -up items, etc.
In addition to the above, the role will invariably include additional responsibilities not identified above - this will, to some extent, be determined by management's needs, but the role also presents opportunities for a candidate to take ownership of tasks in -line with individual interests and skills.

An undergraduate degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or RealEstate
An MBA or Master's degree in RealEstate or Finance preferred
At least two years of experience in a professional work setting, preferably within the commercial realestate industry; including significant client -facing interactions and responsibilities

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
