Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will creatively source, identify, and screen candidates to present to internal management. As the company transitions, we are seeking an experienced TA Operations Analyst who will work in close partnership with the TA Operations Manager to develop and manage best-in-class recruitment processes and procedures by region ensuring that the team is both innovative and compliant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the short and long term transition plans for the TA Operations team global operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall transition and standup activity
• Pull and distribute recruiting metrics for internal organizational stakeholders (i.e., HRBP, Recruiters, etc.)
• Assist with vendor partnerships to create and manage resource strategies, execute project plans and obtain data to support recruitment activities
• Support system and process optimization sessions with vendors
• Partner with the HR Reporting & Analytic team to design comprehensive reporting and metrics that provide timely and valuable information for the team
• Assist with HR Operations team partnerships on potential updates needed to current reporting as systems/tools are being enhanced and upgraded
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in TA Operations is required; global experience is preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (Taleo, Brass Ring, ICIMs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.

Work you'll do
As an Oracle HCM Specialist Master, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier software to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
* Leading the work associated with the implementation of a specific Oracle HCM Cloud module or modules, including Design, Configuration and Build, Testing, and Cutover to Production
* Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client

Qualifications
Required:
* 6+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementations
