Starting salary will be based on a number of factors, including years of experience, type of relevant experience, education and more. Additional Benefits and Compensation: Keadjian Associates has a discretionary bonus program for eligible employees. What We're Looking For Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of sales experience in the A&D or Hospitality community, ideally within the tile, stone, or flooring industry. Established network of architects and designers within the San Francisco Bay Area market. Strong technical understanding of hard surface materials and their applications. Comfortable leading presentations, product knowledge sessions, and trade shows. Active industry memberships (IIDA, ASID, AIA, CSI) are a plus.
