Assist with queries, forms, periodic letters and general troubleshooting. * Assist in testing new hardware and software prior to implementation. * Maintain an inventory of all IT systems. * Assist IT Applications Support Specialist II in management of Lauris Client Management system. * Provide remote and onsite hardware and software support to satellite offices. * Keep all security fixes and updates applied to equipment and software. * Keep Antivirus software updated on all equipment. * Manage radios, phone systems and spectrum devices * Assist with managing the Access Control systems * Install new software; update existing software and operating systems as needed. * Provide technology training to end users. * Participate in the quality improvement process. * Advise/recommend Information Technology Director on equipment upgrades and improvements in the system. * Perform all other job duties and responsibilities, as assigned. This includes iSCSI and fiber connected systems. * Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot domain controllers, file servers, print servers, application servers and remote access servers. * Manage Microsoft 365 and Entra - account creation, license assignment, etc. * Manage local Active directory - account management, permissions, DNS, GPO creation. * Troubleshoot highly specialized issues related to hotel systems and applications (PMS, POS, Key, Central Reservations, Credit Cards, Energy Management, etc.). This also includes management of PMS interfaces and some DB administration. * Create and manage the on-going technical site documentation. * Provide troubleshooting of server OS's, hardware, etc. This also includes the creation of new virtual servers when requested from vendors. * Independently perform file/server restoration from nightly backups, in the event of a failure. * Work with the hotel engineering staff to test UPS systems and transfer to generator in the event of a power failure. * Communicate effectively and you have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our entire hotel portfolio. * Lift up to 20lbs., pulling cable, tying up wires, crawl on floors to reach equipment, and load equipment.
