What you'll do:
Be the Tax Expert. You will assist clients with tax deposits and filing. You may also manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
The CPI Field Support Analyst will coordinate in collaboration with the CPI Supervisor to ensure the following is being effectively completed in support of CPI investigative staff:
* Provides support and assistance in coordinating referrals, appointments, record retrieval etc.
* Pre-Commencement consultations and review of prior FSFN and Law Enforcement records.
* Record Requests including but not limited to: school records, Law Enforcement reports, medical records, prior provider records and/or assessments etc.
* Surgical Review of the records that are retrieved to assist in assessment and decision making for each case assigned to the Units they are assigned to.
* In-Depth interpretation of the records to ensure an assessment is made in conjunction with Florida's current practice models.
* High Risk cases will be flagged and tracked by this position, and the seamless investigative activities will be ensured.
* Consults with the CPIs, and ensures written referrals are completed for the identified services and/or supports requested by the CPI or CPIS
* Coordinates OTI/OTI transfer requests.

This position collaborates with R&D staff to establish and maintain field research projects and trials, ensuring adherence to research protocols and successful achievement of research objectives. The role involves hands-on participation in various operational tasks, including plot layout, tillage, fertilization, pest control, planting, mechanical weed control, and harvesting. The Specialist is also responsible for detailed record-keeping, plant monitoring, data collection and reporting to support effective research outcomes.
What you'll do in this role:
●Plan, execute, and setup research trials according to strict protocols.
●Plot layout, tillage, fertilizer and chemical applications. Planting, pest control, harvesting, sanitation.
●Record field observations, data entry and analysis, prepare reports.
●Regular field scouting, pest monitoring. Report and proactively address any issues.
●Assist in maintaining field station research readiness.
What you'll need to be successful:
●Minimum BS degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant/Weed/Soil Science.
●Ability to work independently.
●Ability to operate or learn to operate medium size tractors with attachments, landscape maintenance equipment, pesticide sprayers.
●Ability to analyze and interpret research data and field observations.
●Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
●Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $56,700.00 - $66,700.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
