Primary Responsibilities:

The compensation for this position begins at $78,000 per year. Commissions are available making this an easy 6 figure opportunity. We pay 95% of the employees', 50% of the dependents monthly medical premium, in addition to 95% of the employee plus dependents monthly dental premium, 6 Paid Holidays, and provide a matching 401k contribution up to 4%. There are also opportunities for bonuses.
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent.
2 years Plumbing industry experience.
2 years HVAC industry experience.
Experience with Eclipse (Epicor) ERP preferred but not required.
Previous sales and customer service experience.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Job Summary
Provide day to day administrative support for UGI Utilities Inc. Universal Service Programs: CAP, LIURP, Operation Share, and CARES (includes LIHEAP). The Customer Outreach Representative is responsible to complete the appropriate tasks on the Customer Outreach System (COS). Update and process various tasks relating to the administration of the Universal Service Programs (CAP, LIURP, Operation Share, and CARES including LIHEAP). Track program expenses.
Interact with Community Based Organization Caseworkers and DPW/LIHEAP Caseworkers providing training and support to enable UGI customers to receive the appropriate program benefits. Review the COS information and program applications to confirm accuracy and completeness. Confirm compliance with PUC regulation and UGI policy.
Evaluate customer income, usage, billing and payment information for eligibility into programs
Represent UGI at agency training and community events throughout UGI's service territory.
Develop and deliver presentations for internal and external groups on UGI's Universal Service Programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Understanding of Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) regulations governing Universal Service Programs.

Summary:
The Receptionist/Customer Fulfilment Representative is responsible for acting as part of the branch sales team by providing complex customer support assisting with quotes, order processing, expediting, and other internal and external processes. May also assist with the front desk duties by providing phone coverage and assisting with visitors at the branch.

Establish and maintain customer relationships with a wide variety of clients including many Fortune 500 companies
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, instant message, and web-based solutions throughout the entire order to remittance process

Act as an extension of the branch sales team and Global Sales Organization to support key program initiatives and ensures customer satisfaction standards are met
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis
Secures market level pricing feedback from customers and provides timely price quotations and/or proposals
Proactively manage customer open order data to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
