Job Description BlueCrew is expanding nationally and we're looking for an experienced sales and operations leader to spearhead our expansion into the St. Louis area. As the General Manager, you will be tasked with establishing and growing BlueCrew's presence in this market. You will do this by first executing on all the core principles of sales and account management, and then building the team around you to continue to grow the market. You will be responsible for hiring and managing the local recruiting and sales teams as they grow in the St. Louis area. While the team will start with just a few people, we have big ambitions for St. Louis and so as the market grows, we expect to support you with additional sales reps and recruiters/account managers as needed. This is a role that will require you to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, but also has the opportunity for significant management and professional growth. The General Manager is ultimately responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships that will lay the foundation for BlueCrew to expand!
