Monitor production schedules and inventory levels. Ensure Unilock Total Quality Management program is strictly adhered to. Review product deficiencies, seconds and scrap reports and develop an action plan as necessary.

Ensure product availability to customers and co-ordinate with production schedulers as required
Review fulfillment reports
Preventive Maintenance
Review daily and weekly maintenance checklist with plant and maintenance supervisors and approve action plan for repairs.

Follow the policy for all purchases of raw materials and plant supplies.

Schedule
Managers are salaried for 45 hours a week. Each week, you will spend about 25-35 hours in operations/on-shift and about 10-15 hours on administration, projects, and meetings.
Availability for mornings, afternoons, and nights is required. Many of our busiest shifts are on evenings and weekends, and we expect all managers to be available to work during these times in rotation with the other managers and Department Supervisors.
