Educate clients about the quality, sustainability, and sourcing of our seafood products. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand. Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies. Assist in inventory management and order processing as needed. Pay and Benefits: $50,000+ per year salary plus Commission and performance-based Incentives. Work Environment: The Sales Consultant operates in the field with daily travel, driving in all weather conditions. Time is also spent in a professional office environment. Work environment will vary based on account stops. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the foodservice or seafood and meat industry. Strong knowledge of seafood and meat products and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. Additional Requirements: Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules. Cooperates with all management and staff of MCSC. Maintain a safe driving record.
