Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and furnishing proposals that align with brand and operational standards. Source and manage furniture, décor, and materials from approved vendors. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and installations to ensure on-time, guest-ready completion. Collaborate with Blue Gems Operations and Maintenance teams for seamless delivery and setup.
