Look for ways to streamline and facilitate policy handling. QUALIFICATIONS Commercial Service Center Representative Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred, with a focus on marketing, business administration, management, insurance, or finance. Minimum of one year insurance related experience required. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Designations in CISR, AINS, or CIC required, or actively being pursued.
