Visit new Health Care and Assisted Living residents within one week of arrival.
Prepare and lead chapel services, devotional programs, and special services under the direction of the Lead Chaplain. Prepare bulletins and PowerPoint slides for assigned services.
Communicate with local congregations when residents experience transitions such as hospitalization or request clergy support.
Maintain regular quarterly contact with all Health Care and Assisted Living residents. Provide sacraments as requested.
Document all visits and interactions in the Chaplaincy Shared Drive and enter notes in the electronic medical record for Health Care residents.
Share hospital visitation responsibilities and on-call rotations with the Lead Chaplain.
In coordination with the Lead Chaplain, respond to resident deaths by contacting families, offering condolences, documenting required information, and encouraging families to reach out to their faith leader regarding funeral arrangements. When requested and as scheduling allows, preside over memorial services.
Participate in the Chaplain's Advisory Committee.
Represent Sunnyside at community churches and attend off-campus memorial services when requested and schedule permitting.
Attend Sunnyside events when invited to demonstrate support for residents and staff.
Offer prayers and blessings for meetings or assemblies upon request.
Complete a minimum of 25 hours of continuing education annually related to Chaplaincy or licensure/certification and maintain documentation.

The Back-End Retail Associate will assist donors and provide tax receipts for such, selects, and prepares textiles for sales in store, prices new and used merchandise and assures goods are made available to the public in a clean, attractive environment with the best customer service standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Assures exceptionally friendly customer service to all shoppers and donors.
Performs basic housekeeping tasks on the sales floor, donation center, and production area.
Safeguards company property and equipment against loss, theft, or damage.
Follows all safety policies and procedures.
Adheres to security policies and enforces all security rules and regulations and reports incidents to Store Manager.
Assists in any other store function as needed to assure all work goals are met and to cross train in all store functions.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Donation Responsibilities:
Assists as necessary with loading/ unloading and carrying purchases/donations.
Explains to donors the company's policies when unable to accept some donations.
Provides donors with tax receipts.
Assures that the donation area center and the surrounding area inside and out are kept neat.
Evaluate wares for quality and value and price appropriately and determine when items need to be sent to the E Commerce department.
Prepare the outbound merchandise for shipment to warehouse.
Hanger/Grader Responsibilities:
Rapidly and accurately grades textiles into categories determined by Management.
Discards unsalable items.
Hangs 100 garments per hour.
Prices specialty items as directed by Management.
Places clothes on Z rack in order according to store layout.
Performs basic housekeeping tasks as required in store.
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Retail or similar experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and move around for extended periods. Ability to climb, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, carry, push, pull, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.
Skills:
Basic computer skills, basic phone communication skills, ability count change and work a cash register, basic math, and ability to make change.

The campus life associate will be responsible for engaging with clients and other rehabilitation team members to create a safe, clean, and supportive residential/recreational experience throughout the entire Campus Life Division environment, promoting positive social, interpersonal, and self-management skills. This role responds daily to requests for information from clients, families, sponsors, field and agency counselors, other center departments, and members of the client's team. Requests primarily focus on room assignments, room care issues, interpersonal/psycho-social functioning of clients, and environmental safety/security; describe the type of supervisory advice and guidance the employee receives and actions/decisions the employee makes without prior approval.
