Job Summary:Yard associates are expected to maintain a positive representation of Waters Hardware by providing an outstanding customer service experience consistent with company values. The main task of a yard associate is to assist customers and maintain a clean and efficient lumberyard. They should be willing to continually learn and expand their knowledge of the retail industry. The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage.
