  • Vice President of Digital Strategy and Transformation

    Hueman Pe Talent Solutions

Strategy consultant job in Glenolden, PA

Job Description Lympha Press, a leader in home compression therapy, is now offering an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Digital Strategy and Transformation in Glen Mills, PA We are seeking a rare breed of technology executive: a business-oriented leader who thinks first in dollars, growth, and competitive advantage, and uses technology (especially AI) as the primary lever to create outsized value. This is not a traditional "keep the lights on" CIO/VP IT role. This is a true executive team member who will own the entire technology and data stack, aggressively drive AI and automation throughout every process in the company, and turn our already solid REVO operating platform, Zoho CRM, and PowerBI analytics environment into a genuine growth engine. You will inherit a loyal, responsive, and capable 6-person team (led by a strong Director) and be expected to dramatically amplify their impact - achieving 10x outcomes with a lean internal team by masterfully leveraging AI, APIs, automation, and select outside resources. This role has a clear 2026 mandate: make AI and intelligent automation the #1 productivity multiplier across the entire organization while continuing to scale REVO and our connected systems flawlessly. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Business Impact Leadership Co-create and fully own the 3-year technology + AI roadmap that directly drives revenue growth, margin expansion, and operating leverage. Act as the CEO's primary partner on all technology-enabled business opportunities and risks. Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives based on ROI and strategic impact - you are a value creator first, budget manager second. AI & Automation Leadership (Top Company Priority) Be personally and deeply engaged in the latest AI models and tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, xAI/Grok, open-source, agents, RAG, etc.). Demonstrate an almost obsessive curiosity and desire to apply AI as a force multiplier for great people and existing processes. Identify, pilot, and scale high-ROI AI use cases across operations, order management, customer service, clinical review, billing, forecasting, and sales - targeting 20-50% productivity gains in multiple functions within 24 months. Build a culture where AI is everyone's co-pilot, not a future project. Platform & Systems Ownership (REVO, Zoho, PowerBI + Ecosystem) Own the continued evolution and scaling of REVO (custom order management/operating platform) and its integrations. Maximize Zoho CRM adoption, data quality, and workflow automation. Design and maintain a modern, API-first architecture that connects REVO ↔ Zoho ↔ PowerBI ↔ billing systems ↔ external partners flawlessly. Proven hands-on experience building and leading API-driven ecosystems that make multiple systems work as one. Data Analytics, Warehousing & Decision Intelligence Elevate PowerBI from reporting to true decision intelligence. Design and implement a proper data warehouse / data lake strategy to support both current reporting needs and future AI/ML initiatives. Drive the company from descriptive → predictive → prescriptive analytics. Team Leadership & Value Creation Mindset Lead, mentor, and dramatically level-up the existing 6-person team. Instill rigorous prioritization, roadmap discipline, and outcome ownership while preserving the team's much-valued speed and responsiveness. Regularly deliver massive value with a small internal team by intelligently leveraging freelancers, agencies, low-code platforms, and AI tools - you hate waste and love leverage. Required Experience & Profile 10+ years of progressive technology leadership in $25M-$150M revenue companies (ideally high-growth healthcare, DME, medical device, or regulated environments). Deep, recent hands-on experience with data analytics platforms and building/implementing modern data warehousing solutions. Proven track record of connecting multiple core business systems via APIs to create seamless, automated workflows. Currently active and experimenting personally with the latest AI tools and models - this is non-negotiable. Demonstrated success driving company-wide AI/adaptation initiatives that delivered measurable productivity or revenue impact (not just pilots). Thinks and communicates like a business executive first - P&L aware, customer-obsessed, growth-oriented - rather than a pure technologist. Exceptional at achieving huge outcomes with small teams by leveraging external resources wisely. Experience with Zoho ecosystem, custom-built order management platforms, and/or PowerBI is strongly preferred. Lympha Press is an industry-leading and award-winning organization specializing in home compression therapy products.
