Completes direct patient pre-procedure assessment for sedation. This includes the following: assessment of the patient's medical and surgical history, ASA classification, NPO status, pertinent labs, and sedation plan with primary documentation. Verifies Universal Protocol Part 1 is complete and notifies department and/or physician doing procedure of any missing information. Reports and documents findings. Gathers pertinent records needed for procedures such as: History and Physical, Lab reports, and Medication Record. Anticipates and/or predicts changes and modifies any care delivered to best meet the needs of the patient. Incorporates patient preferences, concerns, and special needs into daily work schedule. Establishes overt/covert needs as well as anticipated needs related to the diagnosis. Monitors patient throughout the stay. Utilizes ALDRETE score consistently. Follows Infection Control policies and procedures on all patients. Maintains safe working environment. Knows the location and use of emergency equipment.     The Flourish Home (FLOME) will house at least 6 youth between the ages of 16 and 20 who are experiencing homelessness. Flourish Youth Specialists will facilitate a safe and stable environment for the residents of FLOME by overseeing the day-to-day workings of the house and making sure the short-term and basic needs of youth residents are addressed, all aspects of residents' wellbeing is supported, and that residents are effectively prepared to transition to independent living and financial stability in the long-term. Youth Specialists will collaborate with program managers, coordinators, and other specialists across departments to coordinate comprehensive wrap-around support to all residents. This position is for someone who is passionate about enhancing lives and who will work to deliver results with integrity to positively impact youth, team members, and our community partners. We are currently looking for a part-time overnight Youth Specialist to join the team. This shift is Friday-Sunday 11PM-7AM. We know working through the night takes commitment - and we value that. That's why our overnight team members earn a higher rate of pay for their time and dedication. Compensation may vary based on experience and credentials but will range from $15.00-$19.00 per hour. Plaster School of Business (RWPSOB). Primary tasks include assisting with design and execution of social media campaigns, drafting content calendars for the RWPSOB social media pages, and updating an alumni database with up-to-date information. Minimum qualifications include considerable progress towards a bachelor's degree and excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience with graphic design or social media is preferred but not required. Applicants must be current Columbia College students. Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. Essential Functions: Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns Draft and revise content calendars for the RWPSOB Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram Track social media engagement to identify successful content and campaigns Update and maintain accurate records of RWPSOB alumni Capture and edit photos and videos as needed for campaigns Participate in CSMAC meetings Attend campus events Skills: · Ability to fluently read, write and understand the English language. · Proficiency for using a variety of computer and technology-related software and equipment, including Microsoft Office products (Excel) and social media platforms. · Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with or without direct supervision. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills with all constituents. Ensure all documentation is completed before leaving each shift worked. Understand and work within the module of therapy utilized for the program.
