USAID grants management experience. Good understanding of government systems and procedures. Has supported mainstreaming service delivery (health/HIV-AIDs, education, water, roads, environment, agriculture, gender etc.) into communities’ and Local Governments’ Local Economic Development planning, strategic planning, budgeting & procurement processes. Facilitated peace and reconciliation efforts between LRA and Uganda Government through a joint USAID/ European funded initiative. International work experience in America, Eastern Europe and over 5 African countries. Module Coordinator & visiting instructor in Tax Administration topics at University of Pretoria’s African Tax Institute (ATI) since 2003.
