The **OnBase Manager** leads a high-performing technical team while driving the strategic roadmap, ensuring the OnBase platform remains stable, secure, and aligned with UMR's enterprise goals. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Leadership & Strategy + Lead and mentor the OnBase team, including onshore and offshore developers, architects, and analysts. + Define and execute the strategic roadmap for OnBase, aligning with both UMR and enterprise goals. + Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability. + Technical Oversight + Provide hands-on support and guidance in OnBase/Hyland modules including Workflow, WorkView, Document Composition, Outlook Integration, Advanced + Capture, Intelligent Document Processing, DIP, Unity Forms, Security Group Management, and Report Services. + Oversee OnBase system performance, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning. + Ensure OnBase platform stability, scalability, and security in collaboration with system administrators + Operational Excellence + Manage daily OnBase operations including document ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and version control. + Monitor and optimize OnBase system performance and user experience. + Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure platform usage, performance, and impact within OnBase ecosystem. + Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate licensing, renewals, and support contracts. + Product & Project Management + Drive OnBase product lifecycle management from ideation to deployment. + Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements. + Lead agile project management practices and ensure timely delivery of initiatives. + Financial & Resource Management + Oversee budget planning, cost management, and resource allocation. + Evaluate ROI and cost-benefit of OnBase platform investments and upgrades. + Stakeholder Engagement + Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and compliance teams to align OnBase capabilities with organizational needs. + Communicate effectively across all levels, influencing decisions and driving adoption. + Serve as the primary point of contact for OnBase-related initiatives and escalations. Responsibilities: Manages, investigates, and resolves claims. Investigates and evaluates coverage, liability, damages, and settles claims within prescribed authority levels. Identifies potential suspicious claims and refers to SIU and identifies opportunities for third party subrogation. Prepares for and attends trials, hearings and conferences and reports to Home Office and local management on status. Confers with trial counsel and prepares trial reports. Communicates with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants in order to gather information regarding claims, refers tasks to auxiliary resources as necessary, and advise as to proper course of action. Responds to various written and telephone inquiries including status reports. Ensures adequacy of reserves. Recommends reserve increases on cases in excess of authority. Accountable for security of financial processing of claims, as well as security information contained in claims files. Updates files and provides comprehensive reports as required. Responsible for executing and maintaining front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques, and filing claims for warehouse and vendor overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods including prescription drugs. In designated stores, as required, opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, required cash handling and cashier responsibilities, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
